I just want to thank you so much for everything that you did to make the wedding so memorable.  The food was incredible – so tastefully and artistically prepared – everyone raved about the delicious presentations from the Hors D’oeuvres, to the salad and soup and main course to the desert and marvelous sweet table – you certainly outdid yourselves. But I guess that the most important thing was the friendly and highly efficient staff who made it all seem so easy and natural – wow, how wonderful to create such a masterpiece. Our heartfelt thanks for helping to make our simcha such a success.

I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for all the hard work you put into our wedding. It was a very special day for all of us.
Over the past few days we have all been speaking to our friends and the feedback is very positive. The hors d'oeuvres were superb and plentiful.
The staff were just fantastic throughout the entire evening. The trio appetizer was delicious and the plated dessert was really yummy.
The portion size with respect to the main course was perfect and the chicken and beef were cooked to perfection. Good job! Thanks

Thank-you so much for making our Simcha so wonderful. You were so incredibly easy to work with, great with ideas, and awesome with my changes and questions. You kept me so calm with everything and I'm very thankful for that. The table service was also fabulous, the timing went perfect. Even with the last minute change of tables, you and your team handles it like true professionals, and didn't miss a beat, it all was quite seamless.

The food was outstanding, although I didn't get to eat everything, what I did taste was amazing. My friends told me that everything they had from the appetizers, to the dinner, to dessert was fantastic. I loved the soup that I did manage to have all of! The sweet table was a complete and wonderful surprise; I loved it as did everyone else. It's hard to believe after all the planning, that it's now all over, except for the memories. I can say that without a doubt they are wonderful memories.

Last night was absolutely beautiful. Your staff was excellent and took charge from the moment they arrived. They were professional and kind and gracious and were simply a pleasure to work with. Lori was so efficient and warm and gave me peace of mind from the moment she came in. And I am sure that my guests felt the same way throughout the evening. I couldn't have asked for more accommodating, friendly or capable people. So thank you. And please convey my thoughts to your staff as well. It was plentiful, but not too much at all. Harvest table was lovely and the staff did a great job making it look elegant and appetizing. All in all a wonderful evening and a great way to kick start our son's engagement. Thanks for your guidance and advice throughout and most of all your patience. Again, warmest thanks for everything.

We are just back from our vacation and want to thank you again for the wonderful job you and your staff did for our wedding at Shaarei Shomayim. The food was outstanding – Jen has a friend getting married in September at Beth Tzedec and she has made her mother check their hors d'oeuvres (especially the Lamb chops) to make sure it's as good as ours.

I also can't say enough about how gorgeous the sanctuary and banquet room looked with the draped wall. I would highly recommend it as being worthwhile no matter what the numbers. The rooms looked so light and airy, it was beautiful to see the shadow of the chuppah through the curtains all evening, and the entire dance floor was available.

Still on a high….I guess I sound like most Bar Mitzvah Moms when I say “I can’t believe it’s over”. But I really can’t. I wanted to let you know a couple of things. First of all, your counsel, friendship and patience over the last few months have been over the top and beyond anything I expected. I truly believe that this incredible event that we had last night would not have been anything close to the wonderful experience that it was, had it not been for your creativity and caring. It was an absolute pleasure working with you and I hope we can stay in touch. You are truly a priceless credit to both the Kehila Centre and to Zuchter’s.

Secondly, OK, I was a little frazzled when you asked me to come look at the buffets and I could sense your frustration that I didn’t want to follow you (sorry) – but, that was a function of my trust in you above all else. You know that had I had any doubt whatsoever that they were absolutely perfect, plentiful and gorgeous; I would have been hanging over your head long before you came to get me.

Third, everyone – without exception – loved the food. Not only did we receive compliments on the taste and selection of dinner, but the format was really appreciated by our guests who were admittedly hungry by the time the buffets opened. A plated meal would not have been as well-suited to the evening and by the time the main course would have been served I think people would have been cranky.

Forth, thank you for picking up where my so-called party consultants faltered. I was determined not to let anything upset me last night and having you there to take the lead on everything from the valet parking arrangements to place card setup certainly kept my sanity in check.

As Chairman of the Dinner and Draw/Casino night, I want to thank all parties involved in the exciting and enjoyable dinner, draw/auction and casino night held at the Shul. This was a new format, and thanks to Zuchter Berk management team and the lovely Mona Pasternak of Zuchter Berk, the food was delicious and most satisfying; service/staff was most accommodating and professional. It was most difficult coordinating this event but with all the invaluable help and assistance from those persons who are mentioned above, we can only work to improve the goals of the Brotherhood and our worthy programs which Brotherhood/Sisterhood support

June 2007 – Conservative Party of Canada
Gentlemen, everything was delicious and plentiful! You guys did an excellent job, as usual. It was our intention to involve Zuchter Berk in Conservative Party event and you came through with flying colors. As in Niagara Falls event last year, absolutely no regrets and, as in Niagara Falls, great things seem to happen when you are there with us, making our weekends away from home so comfortable. Certainly, the astounding and historical decisions announcement that came out of this Convention (which actually began to take shape in Niagara Falls) could not have been better for our community! Thank you!

The food was excellent! Very tasty, hot and fresh and served quickly. This includes all courses and the hors d'oeuvres. Mona set up a special drink bar that was superb.

It was a fresh fruit vodka drink and it was very popular with our guests and set up in a very creative way.

On behalf of Leonard Mayzel Ontario Lodge, I want to commend the fine, impeccable service displayed in looking after our organization at our 58th Installation. The fabulous and incredible harvest/tapas station looked awesome and was abundant with delicious food choices, not to mention the fruit punch display. Upon entrance, the ambience of the dining room was beautiful. The tables were elegantly set and attended to by the waitstaff. The buffet and dessert stations were displayed top-notch, but also tasted delicious and fresh, especially the hot entrees. My Lodge has no reservation in recommending Zuchter Berk to anyone wishing to make such events successful and memorable!
